GhanaHope is a nonprofit organization that supports medical and educational needs in Ghana, Africa.
Ghana, a democratic country located in West Africa, has been independent since 1957. Although Ghana’s progress is impressive compared to other African countries, its needs for basic, quality health care and equipment are many.
Despite facing poverty and hardship, Ghanaians radiate a joy and zest for life that inspires the GhanaHope Foundation to help however we can.
The GhanaHope Foundation, located in McMinnville, Oregon, coordinates donations and fund raising activities to support the New Abirem Government Hospital and schools in the North Birem District. Working with the Ntiamoah Foundation, the two organizations provide medical equipment and supplies needed by the hospital and outpatient clinics. The hospital’s services provides inpatient medical and surgical services as well as outpatient services and health care education.
GhanaHope’s work is ongoing. We seek to fill in the gaps by providing services, better equipment and supplies, medical training to Ghanaian health care personnel, and empowering the citizens of Ghana to improve their overall health.
We invite you to explore our website to learn more. And of course, your donation will directly benefit the physical and mental health of Ghanaians. Make the commitment today to positively impact global health and wellness!
